How to download digital products
- Some products on this site are DIGITAL PRODUCTS that you will either be printing yourself (printables) or using on an iPad (digital planners).
- You will receive a link to download your purchase via email. A physical item will not be shipped.
- Once payment has been processed (usually within a few minutes), you will be able to download the file from the order confirmation page.
- You will also receive an email with a link to the file. Please look for an email called "Your download is ready". Ensure that you provide the correct email address when ordering, and please check your spam folder.
- You will receive your purchase contained in a ZIP folder. You will need to unzip this folder on a computer or tablet. I don't recommend using mobile phone.
- To unzip a zipped folder, please follow the following steps:
- PC (Windows): To unzip the contents of the zipped folder, right-click the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
- Apple Mac: double-click the zipped folder and it will create a new, unzipped folder.
- Apple iPad: double-tap the zipped folder and it will create a new, unzipped folder.
- After unzipping your will see PDF files. These can be opened in any PDF software like Adobe Reader.
- You can print at home or take the file to a copy shop, or upload it to an online service like Office Depot.
- I don't recommend purchasing this product if you are uncomfortable using a computer.
