How to download digital products
  • Some products on this site are DIGITAL PRODUCTS that you will either be printing yourself (printables) or using on an iPad (digital planners).
  • You will receive a link to download your purchase via email. A physical item will not be shipped. 
  • Once payment has been processed (usually within a few minutes), you will be able to download the file from the order confirmation page. 
  • You will also receive an email with a link to the file. Please look for an email called "Your download is ready". Ensure that you provide the correct email address when ordering, and please check your spam folder.
  • You will receive your purchase contained in a ZIP folder. You will need to unzip this folder on a computer or tablet. I don't recommend using mobile phone.
  • To unzip a zipped folder, please follow the following steps:
  • PC (Windows): To unzip the contents of the zipped folder, right-click the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
  • Apple Mac: double-click the zipped folder and it will create a new, unzipped folder.
  • Apple iPad: double-tap the zipped folder and it will create a new, unzipped folder.
  • After unzipping your will see PDF files. These can be opened in any PDF software like Adobe Reader.
  • You can print at home or take the file to a copy shop, or upload it to an online service like Office Depot.
  • I don't recommend purchasing this product if you are uncomfortable using a computer.

It’s some what misleading
Hi Alexis, thank you for your feedback. I try to make it clear on my product pages that physical items are not shipped. I’m sorry that you feel that wasn’t clear enough. My e-commerce platform, Shopify, requires the customer to enter their address on checkout for anti-fraud purposes. I cannot turn this off and I’m sorry that it confused you. I believe that most digital download stores don’t offer refunds. This is because digital items cannot be returned like physical items can. I'm sorry that the product didn't live up to your standards. I hope that you will still find a use for the download you have bought, even if it’s gifting it to a friend.
