2) A chart to show progress on completion,
3) An encouraging message or quote.

How to use this habit tracker
Open the PDF files in Adobe Reader.
Type in the habits you want to cultivate.
Type in the days of the week so that they correspond to the date
Print out the habit trackers on your home printer.
Mark each habit you completed using coloured pens or highlighters.
Choose the current month by highlighting it with a highlighter.
Print out a new habit tracker the next month. If needed, make changes to the habits.

- After unzipping your will see PDF files. These can be opened in any PDF software like Adobe Reader.
- You can print at home or take the file to a copy shop, or upload it to an online service like Office Depot.
- I don't recommend purchasing this product if you are uncomfortable using a computer.
