How to download digital products

Most products on this site are DIGITAL PRODUCTS that you will either be printing yourself (printables) or using on an iPad (digital planners).
You will receive a link to download your purchase via email. A physical item will not be shipped.
Once payment has been processed, you will be able to download the file from the order confirmation page.
You will also receive an email with a link to the file. Please look for an email called "Your download is ready". Ensure that you provide the correct email address when ordering, and please check your spam folder.
You will receive a PDF file/s. These can be opened in any free PDF software like Adobe Reader.
You can print at home, take the file to a copy shop, or upload it to an online print service like Office Depot.
I don't recommend purchasing a digital product if you are uncomfortable using a computer.

Lovely Planner

I am really happy with this fantastic planner! I have been using it every day and it's just one of the best planners I have ever purchased and I own a lot of them!

Pages waisted

It doesn’t come in a format that prints back to back so there’s a lot of pages and it makes it complicated

It’s some what misleading

Although I did see the “PDF Planner in bold letters”, I assumed that it was just an option. I thought a hard copy was going to be sent to my house. I’m just a little shocked that I spent 30$ on just links I could have created myself. I think for future customers, there should be a video stating what each package comes with and they are just downloads. I wouldn’t even mind printing the links out if at least a little booklet was sent to me. Thats why I thought I was giving my address away but not only do I have to print these out one by one, I have to make a separate purchase for a binder/booklet? I don’t know, seems like a bit much. I also think it’s a little crazy there’s no refunds, nothing at all. Not even an exchange. I kind of felt like I got ripped off. The customer service was great but I was really excited for a hard copy and I was ashamed that I payed so much for just links.

Hi Alexis, thank you for your feedback. I try to make it clear on my product pages that physical items are not shipped. I’m sorry that you feel that wasn’t clear enough. My e-commerce platform, Shopify, requires the customer to enter their address on checkout for anti-fraud purposes. I cannot turn this off and I’m sorry that it confused you. I believe that most digital download stores don’t offer refunds. This is because digital items cannot be returned like physical items can. I'm sorry that the product didn't live up to your standards. I hope that you will still find a use for the download you have bought, even if it’s gifting it to a friend.
