Production Times and Shipping

• All items are made to order.
• Processing time (time it takes to make your order): Please allow 2-4 business days for your item to be manufactured. 
• Shipping time (time your order is in transit): 2-5 business days (to the USA). Please note that this is an estimate only and I can't guarantee these times.
• Total time: 4 - 9 business days.
• All items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx and/or its affiliates.
• All art prints are designed by me, manufactured in the USA, and shipped from the USA.

Unfortunately I cannot speed up shipping times, so please keep this in mind when ordering!

International shipping

Orders outside the USA: additional customs duties and taxes may apply. The buyer is responsible for paying these customs duties. I am not responsible for paying customs duties. Please contact your country's customs office to enquire how much the customs fee will be. International shipping may take up to 6 weeks. 

Changes to order

Once your order has been placed, no changes can be made. Please make sure you enter the correct address and email address.

Damaged products

If your item arrives misprinted/damaged/defective please send me a photo within 48 hours after your product has been received. Upon approval of your claim, your item will be replaced and shipped ASAP. 

If your package is lost in transit, please send me a message no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date, and I will send you a replacement ASAP.

Returns

I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If your order arrived misprinted/damaged/defective please send me a photo within 48 hours after your product has been received. Upon approval of your claim, your item will be replaced and shipped ASAP. 

To be eligible for an exchange, or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging and proof of your purchase is required.

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or Paypal account. Please be patient as this process may take up to 7 days and is dependent on our payment processor and your credit card company.

Please do not file a dispute with Paypal as the internal investigation will delay the refund by at least 21 days for Paypal to review. Thank you.
